Reply time: usually within two business days, and at most about a week. Tokyo time, so a message sent in the American evening is read the next morning here. If a week passes with no answer, send it again — it was lost, not ignored.

The apps have no contact form and send nothing anywhere, so email is the only channel. Please do not send passwords, full purchase receipts or anything else you would not put in an ordinary email.

Frequently asked questions

I changed phone. How do I get the app back?

The purchase belongs to the account you bought it with, not to the handset. Sign in to the same Apple Account or the same Google account, find the app in your purchase history, and install it again at no charge. There is nothing to restore inside the app, because there is no account and no receipt check — once it installs, everything is unlocked.

I paid, and the app still shows a purchase prompt.

It should not, because these apps have no in-app purchases at all. If you are seeing a payment screen, you are almost certainly looking at a different app. Check the developer name on the store listing: ours is Bridge AI.

My progress disappeared.

Progress is stored on the device only, inside the app's own private storage. It goes away if you delete and reinstall the app, if you clear the app's storage or data in the system settings, or if you tap "Reset all progress" in the app's Settings. It also does not transfer to a new device, and it does not sync between your phone and your tablet.

That is a deliberate trade: no account and no server means nothing to lose, leak or log in to, and it also means there is no copy for us to restore. Your questions and explanations are untouched — only the scores and bookmarks are gone, and the sets can be taken again.

I want a refund.

The developer never receives your payment and cannot refund it. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under that store's own policy:

Each store decides. If the reason is a problem with the app, email first — it may be fixable in the next update, and that costs you nothing.

Does it really work offline?

Yes, completely. Every question and explanation is inside the download. The apps make no network requests at all and run with the device in airplane mode. Nothing downloads after install and no content expires.

Do I need an account?

No. No account, no sign-in, no email registration, no password. Open it and start. See the privacy policy for what that means for your data: nothing is collected and nothing is sent.

I think a question or an explanation is wrong.

Please tell us, and include the app, the set number and the question number. The questions and explanations are written with AI, so mistakes are possible; corrections ship in the next update, for everyone, at no extra cost. Reports like these are the most useful mail we get.

Are these the real exam questions?

No. They are original practice material written against each certification's published domains. No real exam question is reproduced in any of the four apps, and passing any number of practice sets guarantees no certification result.

Is the timer the same as the real exam?

No. The timers and the 70% target in the apps are our own practice settings. NVIDIA sets the real format for each exam and does not publish a passing score for these certifications. For NCP-AAI in particular, NVIDIA describes the exam as roughly 60 to 70 questions, while our sets are a fixed 65 for practice. Always check NVIDIA's own exam page for the current format before you book.

Do you run the certification exams?

No. These are independent study aids, not an exam provider, and not affiliated with NVIDIA Corporation. Registration, exam fees, scheduling, scores and the certificate itself are all handled by the certification program. Nothing bought in these apps has any effect on a real exam booking or result.

Can I get all four apps in one purchase?

No. Each exam is a separate app with its own question bank, bought separately. If you are sitting two exams you buy two apps; if you are sitting one, you pay for one.

Which app should I buy?

Whichever exam you booked. NCA-AIIO for AI infrastructure and operations, NCA-GENL for generative AI and LLMs, NCA-GENM for multimodal generative AI, and NCP-AAI for agentic AI at professional level.

Can I ask for a feature?

Yes, and small ones often get built. Things that will not happen: accounts, cloud sync, ads, and anything that requires the app to talk to a server. The offline promise is the point of the app.
